Design development typically starts with a close communication and coordination with other design team members to make sure the lighting design is integrated into the site. 

 Integration with other building systems, coordination with furniture plans and consideration of lighting maintenance are some of the issues which we scrutinize during this phase.

 A set of documents would be prepared for the electrical contractor. These documents are sufficiently clear to bidding the project, ordering the lighting fixtures and install the lighting systems. A full set of AutoCAD drawings indicating the electrical lighting plan, luminaire locations, types of the lighting fixtures and mounting heights along with the Luminaire schedule would be turned over to the owner’s representative for bidding.
